| Timber Construction Co. began in 1959 as a general contractor (CA License No. 183776) specializing in Heavy Timber and Structural Wood Framing (heavy timber trusses, laminated timbers, etc.). Its expertise expanded into panelized wood roof structures, wood floor and roof structure framing, engineered wood, and all facets of structural wood framing. Its work included new construction, renovations, seismic upgrades and repairs. By the year 2000, Timber Construction Co. was furnishing and installing complete Rough Carpentry work for commercial, educational, religious and institutional projects, private and public. Timber Construction Co. provided the highest in performance and quality, with professional carpenters, supervisors and managers. Timber Construction Co. was signatory with the Northern California Carpenters Union. |

| Timber Construction Co. of California was formed on June 29, 2004, to continue the work of its predecessor. It purchased the construction assets of Timber Construction Co. and began work on August 2, 2004, at the same location, with a new general contractor’s license of 659416. All key personnel, field and office, remained with the new company. Mr. Richard Brehmer, President of Timber Construction Co., retired, but maintains close contact with the new company. The President of the new company, Gerald Harvey, was Mr. Brehmer’s Chief Estimator for 12 years. Timber Construction Co. of California is also signatory with the Northern California Carpenters. |

| Since 2004, Timber Construction Co. of California has continued to provide the services of its predecessor as well as Finish Carpentry and Siding scopes of work. Today we can provide quality installation of Rough Carpentry, Engineered Wood, Seismic and Structural upgrades, Finish Carpentry, including interior and exterior, Siding, including wood, cement board and “rain screen” cladding systems, etc. Our projects are both small and large, ranging from tenant improvement, mechanical upgrades, renovations, etc. to new construction. We have maintained Timber Construction’s philosophy of providing the best value, in terms of quality and service at reasonable prices. |
